At Mine Maid Up Inc., your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver high-quality services and products, and we want to ensure that your experience with us is positive. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.
Non-Refundable Services:
All service sales are final. Once a service has been rendered (or partially rendered), we do not offer refunds. This includes but is not limited to consultations, labor, virtual services, or any service booked through our website.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within the required notice period may be eligible for rescheduling. No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
Returns Eligibility:
You may request a return for physical products purchased through our website within 7 days of receiving the item, provided it is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, send us an email at [email protected], and we will provide further instructions.
